Low Cost Counselling
The aim of low cost counselling is to give every one the opportunity and access to our therapies at a price point which works for them. While the cost may be lower you can still expect the same experience you would get with one of our more senior counsellors.
Forward Thinking Therapy
At a low cost counselling session you can expect to be counselled by one of our trainee counsellors who will be supervised at all times by The Henry Centre’s Director Natalie or another senior counsellor.
Our trainee counsellors have been hand picked and are committed to providing you high quality counselling while looking to grow and develop as professionals.
Their passion, like every one at The Henry Centre, is to help you through any problems you may be facing.

Low Cost Counselling
- If you’re experiencing mental health or emotional difficulties, low cost counselling can provide you with somewhere where you can express your thoughts and feelings in a safe and confidential setting
- Sessions are the same length as all our other therapies at 50 minutes
- £25 per session makes this a more affordable alternative
- All sessions are overseen by The Henry Centre Director Natalie or a senior counsellor
